It is evident in todays society just how much we have become so reliant on tech, the way we have become glued to smart phones and electronic devices is a little alarming....Look around you while in public places, nearly everyone is on a smart phone.

Why have people become addicted to on-line services?
How is this digital era shaping todays society?
Why it’s important to understand the negative/positive effects of digital technology.
What can we do to improve digital usage?
how can we promote the benefits of taking time out from social media to a wider audience?
The constant searching and the endless hours spent clicking and scrolling through persistent posts of information, bombarded with adverts. Getting pulled into couch politics while watching endless TV "programmes" or being triggered by the Daily News is clearly having a detrimental effect on our mental health, often unaware of why?. These platforms are shaping the minds of our young people often with negative consequences.
There is a growing number of people who are left feeling
overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or even suicidal. Often unconscious of where these feelings have arisen from, habitually investing valuable time in other peoples virtual reality, while possibly neglecting their own reality altogether.
